My cousin's husband turned 30 and she threw a surprise party for him.... with a moustache theme! Partly because it was just a funny theme and partly because he secretly wants a big moustache:) We had lots of fun sporting our face decorations!

Your dad actually looks pretty spiffy with a mustache! He should consider growing one exactly like the picture ;)
